Key Duties and Responsibilities
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Setting rents on stabilised assets in line with Government and RTB legislation
Working with the Property Management team (which may be outsourced) to serve annual rent reviews in accordance with approved business plans
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Property Management teams on handovers, maintenance, and re-lettings
Creating, implementing, and maintaining robust tenant application approval processes, including ID verification and reference checks
Ensuring accurate and ongoing data entry across internal systems and software (e.g. Yardi Voyager, CRM, Rent Café)
Managing the efficient daily operation of the Yardi CRM system and live database
Coordinating the checkout and turnover of vacant properties with internal services teams
Providing exceptional service, communication, and support to applicants and residents
Assisting with general marketing activities, including uploading new schemes and turnover lettings to websites and portal sites
Processing tenancy files from registration through to move-in
Registering new applicants, organising and conducting viewings
Managing reference collection and verification
Providing general support to the wider leasing department as required
Arranging deposit tracking and issuing receipts
Supporting the rent review process in conjunction with the Property Manager
Ensuring accuracy of inventory schedules
Promoting the brand values and strong organisational culture
Negotiating leases and contractual terms with prospective applicants
Managing relationships with clients, residents, investors, colleagues, and other key stakeholders
Additional responsibilities include:
Conducting property inspections in line with client contractual requirements
Managing conflict situations professionally and confidently
Producing monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and clients in line with agreed timelines
Developing and maintaining relationships with multinational companies and relocation agents
Ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation, including:
Residential Tenancies Act 2004
Health & Safety and Fire Services legislation
Occupiers’ Liability Act 1995
Waste Management and Litter Pollution Acts
Data Protection legislation
Achieving agreed annual KPIs
Working Arrangements
Office-based role with occasional site visits as required
Standard working hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
Flexibility required during peak periods or emergencies
