The Opportunity

As Managing Director / Sales Director, the successful candidate will have the mandate to shape the company’s future, lead national expansion, and build a scalable, high-performance organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and deliver an ambitious long-term growth strategy aligned with the company’s expansion objectives

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including national contracts, frameworks, and strategic partnerships

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Lead pricing strategy, tenders, bids, and contract negotiations

  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and overall commercial performance

Operational Collaboration

  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure service excellence, client retention, and contract profitability

Market Positioning & Expansion

  • Strengthen the company’s presence across the security and FM sectors, positioning it as a trusted and credible provider

Regulatory & Industry Awareness

  • Ensure compliance with Irish security regulations and PSA requirements (knowledge advantageous but not essential)

Leadership & Culture

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and sustainable growth

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, candidates will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience within the security or facilities management sector

  • A proven track record of commercial leadership, including budget ownership and contract negotiation

  • Demonstrated success in winning tenders, securing national accounts, or expanding into new markets

  • Strong knowledge of the Irish security landscape; PSA experience is an advantage

  • The ability to operate independently with full strategic and commercial autonomy

  • A growth-focused mindset with the ambition and capability to scale a business

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Define and execute the company’s commercial and operational strategy

  • Drive growth across new sectors, service lines, and geographies

  • Build and secure high-value client relationships and national contracts

  • Influence long-term positioning, profitability, and scale
