As part of the Retail Property Team, you will manage and deliver a varied portfolio of construction and compliance projects across Musgrave’s national estate.
Projects span: Primarily brownfield developments |Retrofit shell and core and refurbishment works |Compliance and statutory upgrades
Strategic infrastructure enhancements |This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical capability, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

As Project Manager, you will assume responsibility for various projects across our retail estate.

•       Assist and manage construction projects of varying scale

•       Assist and manage project delivery, including due diligence, planning, design development, procurement, construction, and handover

•       Assist with coordination with external third party authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

•       Ensure all projects meet relevant building regulations, safety, and fire regulations requirements

•       Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor performance

•       Maintain accurate project documentation and maintain record-keeping

The successful candidate will have/be:

•       Proven experience (5-10yrs) in construction project management within retail, commercial, or mixed-use environments

•       Knowledge of Irish building and fire regulations, and planning processes

•       Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management

•       Excellent communication and leadership abilities

•       Proficiency in project management tools and software

•       Based in Ireland and legally permitted to live and work in Ireland

•       Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel within Ireland

•       Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

•       Professional accreditation will be beneficial

Remuneration

Annual Base Salary: 70-80K

Bonus: 10% discretionar

Contract: Permanent

Pension – Defined Contribution Pension Plan   

Contribution levels – employee decides at time of joining the pension plan after 6 months’ service  

-3% employee, 6% employer  

-4% employee, 8% employer   

-5% employee, 10% employer
