The Role
The Sales Operations Executive will act as a critical partner to the Head of Sales and wider team, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple residential developments. This role blends CRM management, reporting, process optimisation, and the creation of impactful sales materials.
You will work cross-functionally with design, technical, and construction teams—ensuring that every piece of sales data and collateral is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process & CRM Management
Partner with the Head of Sales to support forecasting, planning, and performance reporting.
Own and maintain sales data across all developments within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Produce insightful weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
Coordinate the full pre-sales journey—from initial deposit through to contract and closing.
Collaborate with sales managers to track progress and optimise execution across developments.
Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and homebuyer trends—feeding valuable insights back to the business.
Sales Collateral & Presentations
Lead the preparation of high-quality sales collateral for launches and campaigns.
Develop compelling presentations and reports for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Ensure all marketing materials reflect up-to-date specifications, pricing, and product positioning.
Support the delivery of standout sales events and launches, including on-site presentation reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, technical, and construction teams to ensure alignment between live projects and sales outputs.
Attend key meetings, site visits, and launches—acting as a central link between departments.
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist with purchase orders, sales documentation, and financial tracking.
Identify inefficiencies or gaps in systems and processes, helping to drive continuous improvement.
About You
~3+ years’ experience in property sales, sales operations, or a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (essential).
Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to turn data into clear, engaging insights.
Confident communicator who enjoys working across multiple teams.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable taking initiative.
Ambitious and eager to grow within a high-performing environment.
