Overview
My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support the Head of Sales and wider sales team across multiple residential developments. This role combines sales process coordination, administrative support, and the creation of high-quality sales collateral and presentations.
The ideal candidate will come from a property or agency background, be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process & CRM Management
Support the Head of Sales with sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.
Manage and maintain accurate sales data across all developments within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Prepare and collate weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline coverage and performance metrics.
Coordinate the sales process from initial deposit through to contract and closing, ensuring all records and documentation are up to date.
Liaise with sales managers and the wider team to monitor progress and ensure smooth execution of all sales activities.
Conduct market research and track industry trends, providing insights on new developments and home design to inform strategy.
Collateral Preparation & Presentation
Prepare and manage all sales collateral for launches and campaigns, working closely with design, technical, and construction teams.
Develop clear, engaging presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all marketing and sales materials are accurate and aligned with current specifications, pricing, and product details.
Support the planning and execution of sales events and launches, including on-site presentation reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, technical, and construction teams to ensure CRM data and sales materials reflect the latest project updates.
Attend stakeholder meetings, site visits, and development launches to support sales operations.
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist with purchase orders, sales receipts, and related financial documentation.
Identify and escalate process or system issues, supporting management in addressing inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Essential Experience & Skills
Approximately 3+ years’ experience in residential property, sales operations, or a similar support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (essential).
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
