Senior Commercial Property Manager €60k - 65k doe + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, a global name in real estate, for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and highly successful Property Management team in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded property professional who enjoys working with high-profile clients, managing complex commercial assets and delivering outstanding results.

You’ll join an experienced and collaborative team with a strong focus on client service, professional development and career progression. Based in Dublin, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, working closely with clients, occupiers and key stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for property and a “can-do” approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing key client relationships and delivering against client objectives

  • Managing a mixed portfolio of commercial property assets

  • Monitoring critical lease dates and advising clients on upcoming lease events

  • Overseeing property inspections, arrears collection, turnover rent and cashflow management

  • Managing service charge budgets in accordance with the SCSI Code of Practice

  • Building strong relationships with retailers, tenants and occupiers, including discussions around debt management, trading performance and footfall

  • Supporting senior management on major client projects, accounts and strategic initiatives

  • Preparing high-quality client presentations and supporting business development and pitching activity

  • Producing bespoke monthly and quarterly client reports, ensuring accuracy, quality and attention to detail

  • Maintaining strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, receivers, state bodies, owners, tenants, solicitors and other key stakeholders

  • Preparing accurate and timely management reports

  • Supporting fee analysis, client acceptance testing and money laundering compliance processes

  • Working collaboratively with wider teams to ensure the highest level of client service

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in commercial property management

  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to build trust and credibility with clients

  • A proactive, practical and commercially focused approach

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • A willingness to take ownership and use initiative

  • Started, or be intending to start, the pathway towards becoming a Chartered Member of the SCSI

  • A strong understanding of commercial property and the ability to identify opportunities for business development

  • Strong IT skills, with Yardi experience highly desirable

  • An understanding of ESG and its application within property management

  • Excellent verbal, numerical and report-writing skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound commercial judgement

  • High levels of integrity, professionalism and ethical standards

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • A full valid driving licence; access to your own car is desirable but not essential
