Leasing Onboarding & Approvals Specialist

This role sits under the Onboarding division, and is administration focused. My client is looking for an exceptionally organised, detailed focused individual to join the current team of 4. Led by the Head of Onboarding. This role will work closely with both the Leasing and Property Management teams.
Monday to Friday, 08.30AM to 5.30PM.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust process for tenant application approvals – including ID verification, reference checks, and all pre-tenancy work.
Maintaining accurate and timely input of information into company systems and software (i.e. Yardi Voyager, CRM).
Taking ownership of exciting projects and consistently delivering excellent results.
Overseeing the efficient daily running of the Yardi CRM system and live database.
Assisting with marketing coordination, including the upload of new schemes and turnover lettings to the website and portal sites.
Processing tenancy files from registration to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience.
Managing the collection and verification of references.
Preparing, issuing, and executing lease agreements in line with deadlines.
Handling accurate fund requests and tenancy registrations with the RTB.
Supporting the wider leasing department whenever needed – teamwork is key here.
Producing monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and clients, always on time and to the highest standard.
Delivering exceptional service and communication to both applicants and residents.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with large multinational companies and relocation agents.
