Showcasing properties – carrying out viewings, advising on presentation, and ensuring the best marketing approach.
Making deals happen – negotiating terms, securing lets, and keeping occupancy levels high.
Client-facing work – liaising with investors, landlords, and tenants with professionalism and confidence.
Data-driven insights – analysing lettings performance and advising Clients on rental strategies.
Future-focused input – helping review and advise on new build rental developments in Dublin.

A PSRA Licence ‘C’ and a property-related qualification.
2+ years’ Dublin lettings experience – you know the market and can hit the ground running.
A car for appointments & full driving licence.
Confidence, energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong people skills – you can build lasting relationships with Clients and tenants.
Organised and detail-focused – you’ll keep the paperwork sharp and the reporting accurate.
A good grasp of PRTB regulations, landlord/tenant legislation, and compliance requirements.
Why This Role?
Work with institutional-grade property portfolios – a rare chance to move beyond one-off landlords.
Be part of a dynamic, expanding team where your contribution is recognised.
Fast-track your career – gain exposure to PRS (Private Rented Sector) and large-scale rental developments.
A mix of office, site, and client-facing work – no two days are the same.
Competitive salary and strong career growth opportunities.
