Dublin (on-site with travel to development sites and client meetings)

Role Overview

My client is seeking an experienced New Homes Associate Director to join their busy and dynamic office. Reporting directly to the Heads of Department, you will play a key role in winning new business, driving sales, and nurturing client relationships. This is a client-facing role where your expertise will directly shape the success of significant developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Price developments and prepare accurate site valuations.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations at team pitches for new business.

  • Collaborate with senior management to attract and secure new clients.

  • Lead schemes and assist in block sales.

  • Oversee marketing for new schemes and coordinate with third-party providers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise team members on sales, client solutions, and development sign-offs.

  • Confidently liaise with a wide range of clients, including funds and banks.

  • Actively develop new business opportunities through networking, relationships, and industry contacts.

  • Travel to development sites and attend off-site client meetings as required.

Requirements

  • PSRA Licence B.

  • IPAV or RICS/SCSI qualified.

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in real estate, with a strong focus on New Homes.

  • Comprehensive understanding of legislation and core property sectors.

  • Strong report-writing, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

  • Ability to work in a sales-driven environment.

  • Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise workload effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Team player with a resilient, positive, and professional attitude.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
