We are working with a highly respected global brand that is continuing to grow its Valuation & Advisory business in Dublin and is seeking a highly motivated Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join its expanding team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking to take the next step in their career within a market-leading platform. The role can be appointed at Associate Director or Divisional Director level, with our client remaining open to candidates across a broad range of experience — including talented surveyors with 2–3+ years’ post-APC experience.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional valuation role. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial property and land, work directly with institutional and private clients, and have the platform and support to develop your career at pace.

Depending on experience, responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking complex commercial property and land valuations, inspections and negotiations across a diverse range of asset classes.

• Preparing high-quality, well-reasoned valuation reports for a broad client base. RED BOOK Valuation and Rent Reviews.

• Leading and/or supporting significant valuation instructions, ensuring work is delivered to the highest professional and regulatory standards.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key market contacts.

• Contributing to business development, winning new instructions and strengthening the team’s market presence.

• Providing technical guidance and support to junior and less experienced surveyors.

• Sharing knowledge and contributing to the continued development of best practice across the wider business.

• Helping identify opportunities to improve team processes, systems and service delivery.

• At more senior levels, taking a visible leadership role within the team, supporting strategy, mentoring colleagues and contributing to the continued expansion of the business.

What We're Looking For

We are deliberately keeping this opportunity broad in terms of experience. Whether you are an ambitious surveyor with 2–3+ years post-APC looking to accelerate your career, or an established valuation professional ready for an Associate/Divisional Director-level move, we would like to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have:

• MRICS / MSCSI qualification and Registered Valuer status.

• Relevant experience within commercial property valuation.

• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and professional standards.

• Experience with Argus Valuation Capitalisation and Developer Valuation packages is advantageous.

• Excellent report-writing, analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong client-facing, communication and negotiation abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering technically robust work.

• The ability to manage multiple instructions, deadlines and priorities effectively.

• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently.

• For senior candidates, proven experience in team leadership, client development and business generation would be highly advantageous.
