Residential Property Manager – PRS

This is a varied role covering all aspects of residential property management, including resident communication, arrears management, rent reviews, report coordination, annual inspections and monthly invoice review and approval.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team delivering a high-quality service to a leading client within the PRS sector. The role is ideally suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all systems are thoroughly maintained and rental data is accurate and up to date

  • Manage arrears effectively and proactively

  • Complete rent reviews in accordance with current RTB legislation

  • Carry out both ad-hoc and annual property inspections

  • Manage tenancy agreements and assignments

  • Represent the landlord in RTB disputes where required

  • Coordinate annual servicing across properties and maintain strong relationships with service providers

  • Ensure all inbound resident communications are responded to within agreed service levels

  • Review and approve monthly maintenance invoices against maintenance tickets raised

  • Liaise directly with residents, providing a consistently high level of customer service

  • Prepare, update and maintain monthly client reports

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by management

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in tenancy or residential property management is essential

  • Experience using Yardi Voyager is preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong understanding of residents’ needs and sensitivities

  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach

  • Solution-focused and proactive approach to challenges

  • Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work

  • Pragmatic and commercially aware approach to problem-solving

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality output

  • Hold or qualify for a PSRA licence
