We are looking for an experienced, energetic Concierge who is passionate about hospitality, people and delivering service at the highest level.

The Role

As Concierge, you will be the face of the residence and one of the most important points of contact for residents, visitors and prospective residents.

You will build genuine relationships, anticipate needs and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of a luxury residential environment.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role that would suit someone from a high-end hospitality, hotel, luxury residential or PRS (Private Rented Sector) background.

Hospitality or PRS experience is essential.

You will work as part of a professional front-of-house team, with a core daytime schedule Working Pattern: 5 days per week, with flexibility across a 7-day operation and occasional late evenings for resident events.. As resident events are an important part of creating the community, you will also be required to work some later evenings when events take place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional and highly personalised welcome to residents, guests and visitors.

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with residents and consistently exceed their expectations.

  • Act as a knowledgeable and approachable ambassador for the residence and the local area.

  • Anticipate resident needs and proactively deliver solutions wherever possible.

  • Handle resident enquiries by phone, email and in person with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Assist residents with move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Dublin’s restaurants, bars, cultural attractions, transport, services and local businesses.

  • Make tailored recommendations and reservations for residents where required.

  • Manage resident amenity bookings and appointments.

  • Open, prepare and maintain resident amenities to an exceptional standard each day.

  • Ensure reception, lounges, amenity spaces and communal areas are presented impeccably.

  • Assist residents with maintenance requests and liaise with relevant teams to ensure issues are followed through.

  • Manage parcel deliveries and associated systems efficiently and securely.

  • Maintain accurate records and inventories of supplies and arrange replenishment when required.

  • Support leasing administration and apartment inspections where required.

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of exciting resident events and community initiatives.

  • Help create a vibrant residential community and encourage resident engagement.

  • Attend selected evening events and activities as required.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider residential and operations teams.

  • Represent the residence with professionalism, enthusiasm, discretion and integrity at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands what exceptional service looks like.

You will ideally have:

  • Essential experience in Hospitality or the PRS sector.

  • Previous experience in a Concierge, Front of House, Hotel, Luxury Residential or Guest Services role.

  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-quality hospitality or residential environment.

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • A confident, warm and engaging personality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.

  • Excellent local knowledge of Dublin and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • The ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach — someone who sees what needs to be done rather than waiting to be asked.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with experience using CRM or property management systems advantageous.

  • Confidence using standard office equipment and technology.

  • A positive, team-focused attitude.

  • The flexibility to work across a 7-day operation, while maintaining a five-day working week.

  • Availability for occasional late evenings to support resident events.

  • A second language would be an advantage.
