Asset Manager Ireland– Commercial Real Estate Up to €120k + 15% Bonus | Pension 5% + 30 days annual leave.

My client is seeking an ambitious Asset Manager to take ownership of a high-quality portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets across Ireland. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded real estate professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on asset management, identify value creation opportunities and build strong relationships across the Irish market.

The Opportunity

As Asset Manager, you will play a central role in driving the performance and long-term value of the portfolio. You will have significant exposure to leasing, investment strategy, acquisitions and disposals, working closely with internal stakeholders and leading relationships with key tenants and market participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the active asset management and performance of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Ireland

  • Lead leasing strategies, investment decisions and lease negotiations, including engagement with key tenants

  • Develop, manage and monitor property budgets, business plans and financial performance in close collaboration with Fund Management

  • Develop and execute asset strategies designed to optimise performance, enhance income and unlock value creation opportunities

  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality internal and external reporting for key stakeholders

  • Identify and assess acquisition opportunities within the Irish real estate market in partnership with Investment Management

  • Play an active role in the acquisition and disposal of assets, from initial assessment through to execution

  • Act as a key representative of my client's funds within the Irish market, building credibility and visibility with external stakeholders

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, advisers, investors and market participants across Ireland and, where relevant, wider European markets

  • Monitor market dynamics, emerging trends and investment opportunities, translating market intelligence into actionable asset and investment strategies

What You Bring

  • Degree in economics, law, architecture, real estate or a comparable discipline, ideally with a real estate focus

  • Several years' relevant experience in asset management, real estate investment or a closely related field

  • Strong knowledge of the Irish real estate market, particularly across the residential and office sectors

  • Strong understanding of real estate economics, financial analysis, cash flow modelling and asset and portfolio management

  • Proven experience managing and delivering strategic real estate projects

  • Excellent English communication skills; German would be an advantage

  • Highly structured and self-reliant approach, with the ability to take ownership and operate independently

  • Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, combined with commercial judgement and effective problem-solving

  • Confident stakeholder presence with the ability to operate successfully across Irish and international business environments

  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills

  • High levels of drive, flexibility and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

The Profile

You are commercially astute, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership. You can move seamlessly between strategic asset planning, financial analysis, tenant negotiations and execution, while maintaining a clear focus on investment performance and value creation.

You bring energy, initiative and sound judgement to complex situations and are confident engaging with senior stakeholders across the real estate investment ecosystem.

Above all, you identify with my client's values of being open, solid and proactive.
