An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and dynamic Team Administrator to join their Ireland office. Administrative professionals are the backbone of successful organisations.

The Role
Provide high-level administrative support to the Ireland team.
Coordinate reporting, communications, documentation, and other time-critical requirements.
Manage scheduling, logistics, meetings, and events.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.
Track deadlines, compliance filings, and governance requirements.
Support asset managers with data, documentation, and reporting.
Support of corporate and trust accounting
Maintain accurate, accessible records and files.
Contribute to process improvements and long-term team objectives.
Play a key role in project delivery through meticulous management of documentation, logistics, and timelines.
Key Focus Areas
Team Support – Assist the Head of Team and Asset Managers in daily operations.
Coordination & Communication – Ensure effective scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Document Management – Maintain accurate reports, leases, and investor communications.
Compliance & Risk – Monitor deadlines and support administrative governance.
Operational Efficiency – Enable seamless operations through accuracy, responsiveness, and strong organisational oversight.
Skills – Proficiency in full Microsoft packages
Essential:
A client-facing presence, calm demeanour, excellent telephone manner, and outstanding listening and organisational skills.
Desirable current or previous experience of supporting c-suite level directors within a commercial property team.
