Operations Executive - Construction firm Dublin 4

They boast a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals, providing comprehensive tailored advice throughout the pre- and post-construction building life-cycle through close personal involvement with clients.
My client is seeking a skilled administrator / opearations executive to provide assistance within a busy team supporting a growing project management practice.
The role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:
Photocopying, filing, shredding, and archiving documents
General filing for teams and Directors
Placing maintenance calls for all office equipment
Preparing tea, coffee, and refreshments for meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
Entering time-sheets onto the company database
Typing meeting minutes and other documentation for Directors and staff
Answering office phone calls and taking accurate messages
Creating and maintaining Excel tracking spreadsheets
Printing and binding documentation for Directors and staff
Booking internal and external meeting rooms
Managing internal and external documentation software
Placing orders for stationery, PPE, and general office supplies
Formatting documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Checking office and meeting room tidiness daily and ensuring supplies are stocked
Setting up basic meeting technology such as screens, projectors, or online calls
The candidates we are looking for should have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent written English
Excellent organisational skills
Very strong MS Office skills, specifically advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF editing
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of the construction market is advantageous but not essential
