Surveyors at all career stages are welcome. While prior experience in infrastructure or Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) projects would be an advantage, it is by no means essential. The surveyors’ responsibilities can range from:

• Inspecting properties

• Budgeting land/property costs for projects,

• Advising on negotiation strategies,

• Engaging in negotiations acquisitions with/or for property owners

• Attending and presenting at Oral Hearings / Arbitrations

Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.

• Chartered Surveyor or training to be (or similar qualification)

• Full driving license

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
