The Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate provides critical operational support across B2B and B2G channels, ensuring partnership initiatives run smoothly. Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external clients, this role drives efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional client experience.

Reports to: Director of Strategic Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Process Management

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities for partnership projects, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, milestones, and reporting dashboards.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes across the partnership lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Investment, Finance, Technical, and Legal teams to deliver on partnership commitments.

  • Facilitate communication across business units to align priorities and resolve operational challenges.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior leadership.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the operational point of contact for clients and partners, delivering responsive and professional support.

  • Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for new and existing partners.

  • Represent the Strategic Partnerships team in internal forums and client-facing meetings as needed.
