The Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate provides critical operational support across B2B and B2G channels, ensuring partnership initiatives run smoothly. Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external clients, this role drives efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional client experience.
Reports to: Director of Strategic Partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Process Management
Manage day-to-day operational activities for partnership projects, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of agreements, milestones, and reporting dashboards.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes across the partnership lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Investment, Finance, Technical, and Legal teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
Facilitate communication across business units to align priorities and resolve operational challenges.
Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior leadership.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the operational point of contact for clients and partners, delivering responsive and professional support.
Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for new and existing partners.
Represent the Strategic Partnerships team in internal forums and client-facing meetings as needed.
