Role Description
Residential Valuation Surveyor
An opportunity has presented for an experienced valuer to join a busy valuation department in Dublin 6. The ideal candidate will have experience working across a full range of professional valuation services, with a strong emphasis on residential asset valuations.
The valuations team works with an extensive client base including pillar banks, non-bank senior debt lenders, alternative funders, developers, and private clients. Applicants must have experience in preparing valuation reports for residential properties. Experience across a range of commercial asset types is advantageous.

Proven experience in undertaking residential valuations
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within client timelines
Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing workloads in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent report writing ability
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Full clean driver’s licence and access to a car
Required Qualifications
SCSI / RICS Registered Valuer or IPAV TRV Valuer, with relevant post-qualification experience.
