This is a newly created senior role offering the opportunity to help build and lead a high-performing PRS property management team. Based in a premium Grade A office.

My  client currently manages 3,500 high-end residential units and is actively expanding into new jurisdictions.

As Senior PRS Property Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and oversee all services related to the management of common areas across a portfolio of modern developments in South Dublin. All assets are institutionally owned, offering a structured, strategic environment in which to thrive.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong relationship-builder able to collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a positive, proactive mindset

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management

  • PSRA-licensed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all services relating to common areas and shared facilities across a portfolio of residential properties

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of building systems, mechanical & electrical infrastructure, and fabric

  • Work alongside Finance and Admin teams to ensure cohesive operational and financial delivery

  • Manage contract tendering, service agreements, security, H&S compliance, ESG initiatives, landscaping, and energy usage

  • Oversee client service delivery, including SLA management, reporting, and compliance

  • Coordinate communications, resident engagement platforms, portals, and contact centre processes

  • Manage budget planning and control for service charges: preparation, approval, tracking, and variance management

  • Support capital improvement projects and sinking fund planning

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and professional best practices

  • Conduct regular inspections and drive H&S compliance and site performance

  • Maintain oversight of reactive repairs and ensure timely resolution

  • Monitor and report on KPI performance and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Support client retention and renewal processes in line with PSRA standards

  • Represent the company in client-facing activities, CSR initiatives, and events
