Senior Property/ Facilities Manager (No OMCs) Onsite position 60k -70k doe

My client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their established team of property professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a portfolio of multi-unit developments, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day property management. The successful candidate will be site-based across the portfolio, as this role does not offer remote working.

There are four developments within the portfolio to manage the successful candidate will spend one day per week at a different site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multi-unit residential developments.

• Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets.

• Coordinate tender processes, ensuring best practice and cost efficiencies.

• Oversee day-to-day financial management, including cash flow monitoring.

• Manage block insurance renewals and claims.

• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.

• Manage contractors and service providers.

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and client queries.

• Prepare monthly client reports in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate property records using Blockman or a similar property management system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' property management experience, ideally within block management.

• Strong financial, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Experience using Blockman or similar property management software.

• Full clean driver's licence and access to a car.

• Holds or qualifies for a PSRA D licence
