Associate Director - Commercial Property Manager (Retail) 70k
My client has an exciting opportunity within their growing Property Management division for a Senior Property Manager with at least two years' post-qualification experience to assist in the management of a busy commercial property portfolio (Dublin West)
Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, supported by a dedicated team. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will have strong property management experience, a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage expectations while delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Support the line manager on larger client projects and key accounts.
Assist senior management in preparing presentations for business development and client pitches.
Produce high-quality written reports and documentation in conjunction with the line manager.
Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, property owners, tenants, legal advisors and other relevant parties.
Prepare property reports, ensuring they are accurate, timely and comprehensive.
Manage fee analysis, client onboarding procedures, client acceptance testing and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks.
Provide line management and support to site-based and junior team members.
Key Requirements
Minimum of two years' post-SCSI qualification experience in commercial property management.
Significant experience managing retail property portfolios.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
Strong IT skills, with experience using Yardi property management software highly desirable.
Excellent report writing, numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
High levels of integrity, professionalism and ethical standards.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Full, clean driving licence and access to a car.
