Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in junior/mid-level property management.
PSRA Licence ‘C’ and relevant property-related qualification.
Full use of a car.
Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, RTB regulations, and statutory property obligations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask effectively and communicate clearly in English.

A structured, fast-paced, and engaging work environment.
Full-time permanent role with a standard 6-month probation period.
Start date: Immediate.
Benefits include: Bike to Work Scheme, Travel Save Scheme, Pension, Carpark space, and Mileage.
Holidays: 21 days per year, with 3 days to be taken at Christmas (pro-rata).
Competitive salary: €40,000–€50,000 (dependent on experience).
