Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in junior/mid-level property management.

• PSRA Licence ‘C’ and relevant property-related qualification.

• Full use of a car.

• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, RTB regulations, and statutory property obligations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• Ability to multitask effectively and communicate clearly in English.

Remuneration

A structured, fast-paced, and engaging work environment.

• Full-time permanent role with a standard 6-month probation period.

• Start date: Immediate.

• Holidays: 21 days per year, with 3 days to be taken at Christmas (pro-rata).

• Competitive salary: €40,000–€50,000 (dependent on experience).
