Property Manager (Tenancy) Salary range 40k -55k depending on experience

Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated mid-level Property Manager with a minimum of two years' experience in residential property management. Position Details
Term: Full-time permanent position with a standard 6-month probation period.
Start Date: Immediate.
Salary: €40,000 – €55,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Requirements
PSRA Licence Category C is essential.
Property-related educational qualification.
Own car required.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management.
Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, RTB regulations, and statutory property obligations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
