Position Overview
My client is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join its busy Property Management Team.
This is a key administrative role supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, with a particular focus on tenancy data, document preparation, compliance tracking, and internal system management.
The ideal candidate will be confident working with figures, possess excellent organisational skills, and have at least two years of detailed administration experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support Property Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks across residential property portfolios
Manage and update tenancy details using property management software such as MRI Qube, Yardi, and Building Link
Input and process rental data and tenant information accurately
Prepare and issue rent review notices in accordance with relevant legislation, including RRC calculations
Handle RTB registrations and tenancy updates
Format, compile, and maintain reports, lease documentation, and templates
Issue documents via DocuSign and manage tenant communications through property management software
Organise and maintain digital and physical tenancy files and folders
Assist with generating and sending mail merges, tenant correspondence, and notices
Complete ad hoc reporting and data management tasks as required
What My Client Is Looking For
Minimum of two years’ experience in detailed administration, ideally within the property sector
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical and document-based data
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning new systems and working with property management software
Confident, professional, and courteous manner
Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Preferred Background
The following experience would be advantageous:
Previous experience using MRI Qube, Yardi, Building Link, or other property management systems
Familiarity with RTB processes and national rent control legislation
Strong understanding of document formatting and digital communication tools
