Property Development Project Manager - 5 Star Hotel Group
My client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Development Manager – (5 Star Hotel portfolio) to lead the delivery of high-quality hotel projects from inception to completion.
This is a pivotal role within a dynamic and growing team, ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and proven leadership in managing complex developments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction or project management, with a demonstrated ability to drive timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
This role offers a competitive package of €100,000, including a performance-related bonus + beneifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of hotel projects, from initial concept to project completion.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants.
Administer and manage all project documentation, including contracts, monthly project reports, development budgets, project registers, and trackers, along with maintaining records of meetings.
Site Identification and Feasibility:
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential hotel development opportunities.
Design and Planning:
Collaborate with architects and design teams to create quality end products.
Manage the planning and permitting process, including the preparation of planning applications and coordination of approval processes.
Budget and Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and cost-effective solutions.
Monitor financial performance and cost tracking.
Provide regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with hotel development projects and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Stay current on industry trends and regulations, adjusting development strategies as needed.
