What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead on strategy, value creation, and innovation across a diverse, high-profile portfolio

  • Develop and deliver annual property strategy plans with impact

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, tenants, occupiers, and professional partners

  • Support key Property Management functions with energy and precision

  • Add value through proactive input on rent reviews, lease renewals, and void strategies

  • Collaborate with Accounts teams to deliver exceptional financial management

  • Drive performance through clear, client-focused reporting

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 5+ property professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management

  • Chartered status and SCSI membership required

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant Property discipline

  • A capable, driven professional with strong initiative and commercial instinct

  • A confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, team-based environments

  • Skilled in identifying opportunities, adding value, and delivering exceptional client service

  • Strong report writing, time management, and organisational abilities

  • A flexible, hands-on mindset and a clean driver’s licence
