Property Developer requires experienced -Property Administrator

My client is one of Irelands biggest Property Developers. An opportunity has presented to support the head of property management and the wider team. The successful candidate will be an accomplished administrator and possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills and strong attention to detail, initiative, emotional intelligence, and a positive, energised outlook.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, regarded as a true subject-matter expert within this specialist market, and capable of working resourcefully and proactively with minimal direction. The utmost confidentiality is essential.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in residential property management or lettings / property management administration, gained within a lettings or property management environment.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing all administrative processes, ensuring rents are received in a timely manner.

A meticulous eye for detail and strong numerical acumen is essential, as the role involves working extensively with figures and maintaining accurate records within Excel spreadsheets.

Experience with Yardi software is highly desirable, as daily input and maintenance of rental figures and tenant data will be required.

Responsibilities

  • The role will involve supporting all administration for the lettings / property management department to produce and update administration documents which will overlap with some letting processes.

  • Typing and organising reports & statistics

  • RTB Registrations and updates during tenancies and keeping track of registrations.

  • Rent Reviews (in line with legislation) which includes ongoing taking of upcoming and active reviews; securing comparables; issuing rent review notices to tenants; creating new lease documents; updating RTB.

  • Cross checking reports and providing updates or amendments.

  • Includes inputting tenancy details; running lease & tenant information documentation; running mail merges; running regular reports to excel & adapting them to specific requirements.

  • Working on tenant communication platform, mostly data entry of tenant details; running reports

  • Setting up folders files for lettings team and Property Managers

  • Tenant profiling – Ongoing data review of new tenant details & arranging relevant data entry.

  • PSRA/ Service Level Agreements – preparation, filing & coordination of PSRA agreements. Preparing various types of reports and documents: Includes formatting word documents; utilising existing templates or creating new ones; collating & merging data.

  • Working on ad hoc client reporting as required
