Development Manager – New Homes South Dublin

Location: Dublin (On-site, with travel to development sites and client meetings)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Development Manager – New Homes to join a high-performing and respected team. Reporting to the Heads of Department, you will play a key role in managing new home developments from inception to completion, driving sales performance, and maintaining strong client partnerships.

This is a client-facing, commercially focused role where your strategic insight, leadership, and property expertise will directly influence the success of major residential schemes across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed pricing and prepare accurate site valuations for new developments.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and contribute to successful new business pitches.

  • Collaborate with senior management to secure new instructions and expand the client base.

  • Oversee the delivery of new home schemes and support block sales activity.

  • Manage marketing campaigns for new schemes, coordinating with third-party providers.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with developers, funds, and institutional clients.

  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve sales and project objectives.

  • Provide expert input at all project stages — from planning to handover.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market engagement.

  • Travel to development sites and attend off-site client meetings as required.

About You

  • PSRA Licence B required.

  • IPAV or RICS/SCSI qualified.

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in the property sector, ideally within New Homes or residential development.

  • Strong understanding of Irish property legislation, planning, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Confident working in a sales-driven, client-facing environment.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and professional, with strong leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
