Property and Block Management Coordinator Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE

The Role

Based in their state-of-the-art office in Ballsbridge, the Property and Block Management Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of the property and block management functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a forward-thinking team, providing high-quality support across a diverse residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all maintenance requests, contractor works, and resident communications, ensuring efficient follow-up and completion.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.

  • Log, track, and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

  • Obtain and review quotations, liaising with the property management team for approval.

  • Support Property Managers in resolving resident issues, complaints, and disputes.

  • Ensure properties comply with minimum rental standards and local authority inspection requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes.

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the wider property management team.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g. Yardi).

  • A positive team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in property management, block management, or an administrative coordination role (preferred).

  • Understanding of property compliance and relevant legislation (e.g. Landlord & Tenant Act, RTB).

  • PRSA qualification or working towards same (desirable but not essential).

Working Conditions

  • Based onsite Dublin 4 with occasional site visits as required.

  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with flexibility during peak periods or emergencies.
