About the Role

My client’s project managers provide tailored advice and hands-on involvement throughout the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth supervision, management, control, and delivery of either large-scale complex projects or multiple smaller assignments, ensuring the satisfaction of both the client and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contracts and governance arrangements

  • Oversee quality assurance and overall project integrity

  • Manage project delivery to agreed levels of quality, programme, and budget

  • Lead communications with all stakeholders

  • Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success

  • Provide full project coordination throughout the lifecycle

  • Report progress at regular intervals to senior management and stakeholders

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and share with clients and internal teams

  • Oversee the delivery of projects on behalf of clients, managing design teams and contractors

  • Report on financial and construction milestones to directors and act as a key point of contact

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture

  • Previous relevant project management experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Self-starter with strong initiative, flexibility, and a can-do attitude

  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to take direction

  • Strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and discretion

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver result
