About the Role
My client’s project managers provide tailored advice and hands-on involvement throughout the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth supervision, management, control, and delivery of either large-scale complex projects or multiple smaller assignments, ensuring the satisfaction of both the client and the business.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contracts and governance arrangements
Oversee quality assurance and overall project integrity
Manage project delivery to agreed levels of quality, programme, and budget
Lead communications with all stakeholders
Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success
Provide full project coordination throughout the lifecycle
Report progress at regular intervals to senior management and stakeholders
Establish and maintain strong relationships with third parties/vendors
Develop comprehensive project plans and share with clients and internal teams
Oversee the delivery of projects on behalf of clients, managing design teams and contractors
Report on financial and construction milestones to directors and act as a key point of contact
Candidate Profile
Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture
Previous relevant project management experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Self-starter with strong initiative, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to take direction
Strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and discretion
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver result
