Project Manager - Global Brand

The Role / Location

This is an excellent opportunity to join my client as a Project Manager, providing professional project management services across a diverse range of projects. Based in my clients Dublin office, you will be working on projects across a variety of locations, depending on client and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service through proactive engagement, clear communication, and a focus on adding value.

  • Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including execution plans, project briefs, tender documents, procurement strategies, risk registers, programmes, and progress reports.

  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, ensuring processes and systems are implemented effectively.

  • Monitor each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage the tender process, including preparation, negotiation, and analysis for a wide range of construction projects.

  • Undertake full contract administration responsibilities.

  • Organise and lead pre-contract and post-contract project team meetings.

  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure client requirements are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.

  • Lead and manage projects independently, administering contracts with minimal senior oversight.

  • Advise clients on strategies and options, providing tailored solutions to achieve the best outcomes.

  • Support colleagues across the business and contribute to cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Lead client pitches and presentations with confidence and professionalism.

  • Actively engage in business development, identifying new opportunities and contributing to fee generation.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while sourcing and securing new business.

  • Promote best-in-class project delivery by integrating insights from wider professional teams.

  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations throughout all projects.

  • Demonstrate initiative by anticipating decisions and actions, working with independence and accountability.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Degree in Project Management (or working towards this qualification while employed).

  • Strong understanding of specifications, bills of quantities/schedules of works, and construction drawings.

  • Ability to extract quantities from drawings and prepare high-quality tender documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative and minimal need for supervision.

  • Flexible, committed, and resilient, with a strong drive for success.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Confident dealing with clients, design teams, and contractors.

  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to complex challenges.

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting a growing practice.
