This is an exciting opportunity to join a New Homes team, showcasing new properties in West Dublin at weekends from 11am to 1pm. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent emotional intelligence, and their own transport. This role may suit a student working towards a property qualification or a seasoned professional with previous experience in new home sales.

A client-facing, commercially focused role responsible for driving new homes sales activity,

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive weekend sales performance across developments

• Assist in launch events and promotional activity (where required)

• Represent the brand professionally during weekend client interactions

• Travel to development sites

• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities

• Potential admin work during weeks days.

🔹 Key Requirements

• PSRA Licence B (essential)

• Strong commercial awareness

• Experience in new homes / residential development sales OR working towards a qualification in property

• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills

• Strategic mindset with sales-driven focus

• Professional presence and strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently within limited weekend hours
