My client, a leading construction consultancy with over 25 years of experience, is looking for an Operations and Bid Executive to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the manager of Operations and Bids, gaining exposure across bids, business development, marketing, and operations.
You’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality bid submissions, maintaining staff CVs and project case studies, and supporting the production of marketing and client-facing materials.

What you’ll do:
Lead and coordinate bid submissions and tender documents.
Keep project case studies, staff CVs, and promotional material up to date.
Support marketing initiatives and brand communications.
Provide operational and administrative support to the management team.

What we’re looking for:
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in bids/administration is an advantage, but not essential
Desirable
· Experience in the construction, engineering, or professional services sector.
· Knowledge of public procurement procedures and tendering processes.
· Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or bid management software.
· Basic design or layout skills (Canva, InDesign, or similar) would be an advantage.
