Lettings Property Manager (PRS – On-Site) | Global Real Estate Brand

This is your chance to take the reins of a 640-unit premium PRS portfolio, overseeing both lettings and day-to-day operations of an asset that’s setting new standards in modern living. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading all lettings activity with confidence, pace, and professionalism

  • Managing resident relations with top-tier customer care

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and unit turnovers with efficiency and finesse

  • Working closely with the General Manager to keep occupancy high, reduce costs, and maximise client satisfaction

  • Delivering polished reporting and data insights to the client

  • Driving excellence across every aspect of the development

This role begins on-site at the landmark North Dublin City development and transitions after 12 months to our client’s Dublin City Centre head office. From there, you'll continue managing exciting residential schemes across the capital.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Maintaining full occupancy

  • Production of inventories and photographs

  • Production of condition reports

  • Checking references

  • Drafting leases

  • Organising move in process & key handover

  • Registering tenants with RTB

  • Tracking upcoming available properties

  • Day to day management of tenants and contractors

  • Tracking rental payments and dealing with arrears in accordance with the RTB regulations

  • Tracking contract renewals, and issuing letters in accordance with the RTB regulations

  • Carrying out property inspections

  • The role will involve dealing with conflict situations and the candidate must demonstrate confidence and be able to deal with these in a professional and efficient manner

  • In conjunction with their line manager, deliver written output ensuring excellent quality

  • Maintain regular contact with client

  • Support General Manager with Budget Preparation

  • Ensure all management systems are kept up to date and maintained

  • Ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancy Acts, Health & Safety Legislation, Fire Services Act 1981, Occupiers Liability Act 1995, Waste Management and Litter Pollution Acts and Data Protection Act.

  • Achieving set KPI’s 

 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

·        Appropriate third level and/or professional qualification

·        Be a PSRA License Holder (C)

·        Be fully familiar with The Residential Tenancies Acts 2004 - 2021

·        At least 3 years’ experience in lettings / property management

·        Strong communication and organisation skills

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook and wider IT CRM systems

·        A customer service orientated individual.

·        A team leader with excellent attention to detail
