About the Job
Based in the client’s head office in Swords, Co. Dublin, and reporting to the Head of Property, the client is seeking an experienced Junior Project Manager to join the team on a one-year fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, passionate, and innovative team, contributing to the development and growth of the business in Ireland and beyond. The role will begin with a full handover of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
The role is multi-faceted. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project Management
Understanding of building regulations relating to commercial building fit-out projects
End-to-end support of small to medium-sized projects, from feasibility to planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and schedule
Managing a combination of business improvement and compliance projects
Managing the flow of project information between teams and associated departments through regular meetings and written communication
Liaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail stores
Monitoring and controlling projects, including tracking, progress reporting, and identifying potential risks and opportunities

Qualifications & Experience
2 years’ Project Management experience, ideally within the construction or fit-out sector
Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Advanced communication, reporting, and computer skills
Motivated, diligent team player with a willingness to go the extra mile
