Graduate Surveyor – Commercial Property (Cork)

You will gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of commercial property disciplines, working alongside experienced surveyors while receiving full support toward achieving your APC qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with valuation instructions and property inspections across multiple sectors including investment, development land, office, industrial, and retail assets

  • Support the delivery of valuation reports for secured lending and fund purposes

  • Conduct market research, gather comparables, and contribute to detailed reporting

  • Assist with the sale and leasing of commercial properties

  • Support property marketing campaigns and client pitches

  • Contribute to lease advisory work, including rent reviews and lease renewals

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and valuation databases

  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and recorded in line with internal systems and standards

  • Collaborate with the wider Commercial team to achieve business objectives and KPIs

  • Identify potential business opportunities and referrals across the firm

  • Build and develop strong client relationships

About You

  • Degree accredited by SCSI (or on track to achieve same)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Argus or similar systems is advantageous

  • Strong analytical, report writing, and numerical skills

  • PSRA licence (or willingness to obtain)

  • Full clean driver’s licence
