Facilities Maintenance Co-Ordinator (Residential)
3+ Years Experience in Facilities Maintenance Required

Are you ready to take your facilities career to the next level? My client is looking for an energetic and detail-driven Facilities Maintenance Co-Ordinator with at least three years’ experience in facilities maintenance, ideally with exposure to property management or maintenance coordination.

This role is all about being at the heart of residential block management—keeping buildings running smoothly, ensuring compliance and safety, and delivering the highest standards for residents across multiple sites. You’ll be working closely with contractors, supporting Property Managers, and taking ownership of projects that matter.

What You'll Be Doing:

Maintenance Coordination

  • Oversee both planned preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring essential services and repairs are delivered promptly and safely.

  • Monitor statutory servicing of M&E systems, building fabric and more, ensuring top-tier building performance.

Operational & Budget Support

  • Assist with annual budget execution and tracking for maintenance, capital works, and operational spend.

  • Monitor ongoing costs and help ensure projects stay within scope.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Coordinate audits, risk assessments and ensure compliance with all H&S and building regulations.

  • Keep safety documentation up to date and liaise with external auditors and contractors.

ESG & Sustainability

  • Support energy management and sustainability goals, contributing to energy efficiency and environmental targets across the portfolio.

Contractor & Project Management

  • Manage relationships with contractors and ensure all works meet compliance, quality, and delivery standards.

  • Drive improvement projects, making sure they’re completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality.

Day-to-Day Oversight

  • Ensure cleaning, security, landscaping and waste services are delivered to exceptional standards.

  • Help maintain the safety and satisfaction of both residents and onsite teams.

What You Bring:

  • A background in facilities or property management, or maintenance coordination

  • Experience working with residential buildings or across multiple sites

  • Knowledge of OMC structures is a plus, but not essential

  • A hands-on, solutions-first approach with excellent communication skills

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and see projects through to completion

  • Strong financial awareness and a head for budgeting and cost control

  • A deep understanding of health and safety and quality assurance

  • Outstanding IT, admin, and organisation skills

  • A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for property and building management

If you're looking for a fast-paced, rewarding opportunity in a collaborative environment where your efforts directly impact the quality of residential living, this could be your perfect next step.
