Are you an experienced Block Manager with over 3 years’ experience in the fast-growing PRS sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join my client, a leading name in residential property management, where you'll take on a pivotal, client-facing role managing high-end, amenity-rich developments.

This role offers the chance to be part of a high-performing team operating at the forefront of modern property management — where service quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships are key.

The Role:

  • Work closely with clients, contractors, residents, and internal teams to deliver a premium management service.

  • Take ownership of high-spec developments, many newly built, offering lifestyle-enhancing features such as gyms, lounges, cinemas, terraces, and concierge services.

  • Bring a hospitality-focused, service-led approach to managing shared spaces and services.

  • Lead from the front in delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the client at board and resident meetings.

  • Own and deliver site operations, budgeting, contractor oversight, and regulatory compliance.

  • Implement and monitor service delivery, SLAs, and site standards across your portfolio.

  • Drive innovation, cost savings, and sustainability initiatives across your developments.

  • Prepare and present clear, timely reports — weekly, monthly, and ad hoc — with support from the central team.

  • Ensure Health & Safety and statutory compliance is maintained to the highest standard.

  • Respond to out-of-hours issues when needed as part of a rota.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in Block Property Management, ideally within the PRS or residential investment space.

  • A Property Services Regulatory Authority licence (essential).

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Solid financial acumen, including budget preparation and cost management.

  • Familiarity with new-build systems, mobilisation processes, and OMC engagement (desirable).

  • Confidence managing multiple projects and prioritising under pressure.

  • A passion for delivering a best-in-class resident experience.
