Are you an experienced Block Manager with over 3 years’ experience in the fast-growing PRS sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join my client, a leading name in residential property management, where you'll take on a pivotal, client-facing role managing high-end, amenity-rich developments.
This role offers the chance to be part of a high-performing team operating at the forefront of modern property management — where service quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships are key.
The Role:
Work closely with clients, contractors, residents, and internal teams to deliver a premium management service.
Take ownership of high-spec developments, many newly built, offering lifestyle-enhancing features such as gyms, lounges, cinemas, terraces, and concierge services.
Bring a hospitality-focused, service-led approach to managing shared spaces and services.
Lead from the front in delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable building operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the client at board and resident meetings.
Own and deliver site operations, budgeting, contractor oversight, and regulatory compliance.
Implement and monitor service delivery, SLAs, and site standards across your portfolio.
Drive innovation, cost savings, and sustainability initiatives across your developments.
Prepare and present clear, timely reports — weekly, monthly, and ad hoc — with support from the central team.
Ensure Health & Safety and statutory compliance is maintained to the highest standard.
Respond to out-of-hours issues when needed as part of a rota.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years' experience in Block Property Management, ideally within the PRS or residential investment space.
A Property Services Regulatory Authority licence (essential).
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Solid financial acumen, including budget preparation and cost management.
Familiarity with new-build systems, mobilisation processes, and OMC engagement (desirable).
Confidence managing multiple projects and prioritising under pressure.
