Scope
An excellent opportunity for a Junior Sales Negotiator / Sales Negotiator to join an established and highly motivated New Homes team. The role offers an ambitious and competent agent the opportunity to develop their career while representing some of Ireland’s largest and most prominent developers.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same, with significant exposure to buyers, developers and multiple new homes developments. A full clean driving licence is essential, with flexibility required for weekend work.
Responsibilities
Assist with the efficient administration of pre- and post-sales processes.
Manage a high volume of enquiries and prospective buyers.
Identify and register potential buyers, and arrange and conduct viewings.
Build strong, trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up on viewings, progress transactions and secure sales.
Maintain strong relationships with applicants to generate future sales.
Assist with regular client reporting across multiple assignments.
Support the preparation of client pitches and presentations.
Demonstrate passion, drive and accountability across all aspects of the role.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required by senior team members.
Requirements
PSRA Licence B.
Full clean driving licence.
0–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Impeccable customer service standards.
Positive, resilient and team-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the Help to Buy and First Home Schemes would be advantageous but is not essential.
