All levels considered. A globally recognised property advisory firm is expanding its Dublin Valuation & Advisory team. My client is open to Senior Surveyors through to Associate Director, Divisional Director and Director. Candidates must be chartered or enroute to completing their APC.
The role
Lead complex valuation and advisory work across hotels, hospitality, operational real estate and commercial property
Produce valuation reports to RICS Red Book standards for financial reporting, lending, acquisitions, disposals, investment, tax and strategic advice
Apply income, DCF, investment and development methodologies, backed by inspections, comparables and market research
Advise investors, lenders, owners, developers and operators
Handle rent reviews and lease advisory work
Manage significant instructions and key client relationships
Win new business and spot market trends, risks and value drivers
Mentor junior surveyors. At senior level, take a visible leadership role and help grow the division
What you’ll bring
MRICS / MSCSI qualified, or enroute to completing your APC (essential)
Registered Valuer status, or eligibility
Strong commercial valuation experience. Hotel, hospitality or operational real estate experience is a big plus
Solid Red Book knowledge. Skilled in income capitalisation, DCF, comparables and development appraisal
Financial acumen, including EBITDA, trading performance and forecasts
Excellent report-writing, communication and client skills
Able to juggle multiple instructions and deadlines
Argus Valuation Capitalisation / Developer experience is beneficial
Senior candidates: track record in team leadership, business development and winning instructions
