This is an outstanding opportunity to join the in-house property management team of one of Ireland’s most respected private developers as a Concierge within a luxurious PRS (Private Rented Sector) development in prestigious South Dublin. This is a client-facing, highly visible position, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys creating a first-class resident experience.

Set within a high-end, design-led residential community, this role offers the chance to become the welcoming face of a beautifully curated development featuring premium amenities such as a residents’ gym, lounge, multimedia suite, and elegant breakout spaces.

The Role

As the front-of-house Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors—creating a warm, polished, and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

Your day will be dynamic and engaging, combining service excellence with operational responsibility:

• Greeting residents and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.

• Managing access controls and ensuring all contractors are fully coordinated via the eLogbook system.

• Overseeing the presentation of reception and communal areas, keeping them immaculate at all times.

• Acting as a key liaison between the Property & Facilities Management team, residents, and service providers.
