About the Residence
We are seeking an experienced and personable Concierge to join a prestigious luxury residential development in Stillorgan, South Dublin.
The residence provides a high-quality living environment where exceptional service, attention to detail and a strong sense of community are central to the resident experience.
With beautifully appointed apartments, premium communal facilities and a dedicated on-site team, the Concierge will play an important role in ensuring residents receive a welcoming, professional and highly personalised service.
From greeting residents and assisting with day-to-day requests to providing local recommendations and supporting the smooth running of the building, this is a varied and people-focused position.
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Concierge who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards of customer service.
The Role
As Concierge, you will be a key representative of the residence and a principal point of contact for residents, visitors and guests.
You will develop strong relationships with residents, understand their preferences and requirements, and provide a responsive and professional service at all times.
This is a hands-on front-of-house role that would suit an individual with experience in high-end hospitality, hotel operations, luxury residential or PRS (Private Rented Sector) environments.
Previous Hospitality or PRS experience is essential.
Working as part of a professional residential team, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and well-organised front-of-house operation throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, polished and professional welcome to residents, guests and visitors.
Develop positive, long-term relationships with residents and consistently deliver a high level of service.
Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the residence and the surrounding Stillorgan and Dublin area.
Understand resident preferences and proactively assist with requests wherever possible.
Deal with resident enquiries in person, by telephone and via email in a friendly and efficient manner.
Support residents throughout the move-in and move-out process.
Maintain strong knowledge of local restaurants, cafés, bars, transport links, leisure facilities, cultural attractions and other local services.
Provide personalised recommendations and assist with bookings and reservations when requested.
Coordinate resident amenity bookings and appointments.
Ensure resident facilities and communal spaces are opened, prepared and maintained to a consistently high standard.
Maintain an immaculate appearance across reception, lounges, amenity areas and other communal spaces.
Receive and assist with maintenance requests, liaising with the relevant teams and ensuring issues are appropriately followed up.
Manage incoming parcels and deliveries in a secure, organised and efficient manner.
Keep accurate records, logs and inventories and arrange replenishment of supplies when required.
Provide support with leasing administration, apartment inspections and other residential operations as necessary.
Assist with resident engagement initiatives and community-building activities.
Help create a welcoming, friendly and well-connected residential environment.
Work closely with the wider residential, facilities and operations teams.
Maintain professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when dealing with residents and their personal information.
Represent the development positively and professionally at all times.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who understands the importance of delivering genuinely exceptional customer service and who takes pride in creating a positive resident experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Essential experience within Hospitality or the PRS sector.
Previous experience in a Concierge, Front of House, Hotel, Luxury Residential or Guest Services position.
Ideally, at least 2 years' experience within a high-quality hospitality or residential environment.
A strong customer-service mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
A warm, confident and approachable personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to establish strong professional relationships with residents, colleagues and external contacts.
Good knowledge of Dublin and the surrounding area, with the ability to offer useful and personalised recommendations.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and a consistently professional approach.
The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
A proactive attitude and the initiative to identify and resolve issues without always being prompted.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with CRM, property management or resident management systems would be advantageous.
Confidence working with standard office technology and equipment.
A positive, collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Reliability and flexibility within the requirements of a busy residential environment.
A second language would be an advantage.
