Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Property Surveyor to join their dynamic Capital Markets team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to high-value investment transactions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the team in the execution of acquisition and disposal mandates, while also assisting in identifying and analysing new investment opportunities.

The role offers strong learning potential, with hands-on involvement in deal processes, client interaction, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of property acquisition and disposal mandates

  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and business pitches

  • Conduct market research and assist in sourcing new investment opportunities

  • Undertake financial analysis, including basic cash flow modelling and investment appraisals

  • Assist in preparing underwriting and business case support for potential deals

  • Liaise with clients, legal advisors, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across the wider business

  • Maintain and develop client relationships where appropriate

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Property Economics or other SCSI-accredited property programme preferred
    (Alternatively: finance, economics, commerce, or construction-related degree)

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems

  • Understanding of property investment principles (DCF modelling knowledge is advantageous)

  • Familiarity with Argus Enterprise/Developer is beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

  • Full driver’s licence preferred
