In this high-profile leadership role, you will set the strategic direction and drive the overall performance of the campus—delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and a premium experience for all stakeholders. You will lead a multidisciplinary campus management team, with a sharp focus on innovation, customer experience, and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) priorities.

Role Overview – Campus Director

 

As Campus Director, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance of one of Dublin’s most prominent and prestigious city centre campuses. This role holds overall accountability for the management and direction of the campus, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall management and performance of the campus.

  • Lead, inspire, and oversee the campus management team to deliver consistently high-quality outputs in line with best-in-class professional standards.

  • Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with key stakeholders—including IL Shareholder, IL Policyholder, tenants, public bodies, community organisations, and third-party advisors—to support mutual goals and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Ensure the campus environment is safe, welcoming, and impeccably maintained, reflecting the brand's quality and values at every level.

  • Champion and drive forward strategic initiatives aligned with the long-term success and ESG objectives of the campus.

  • Provide timely and accurate reports; attend meetings as required to update senior leadership on campus progress, challenges, and key developments.

  • Collaborate closely with the head office team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of campus priorities in line with organisational objectives.

  • ESSENTIAL Hold (or be working towards) professional accreditation with SCSI or RICS, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and continuous development.

  • Bring extensive estate and property management experience, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-evolving industry landscape.

  • Have a strong understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles and their critical importance in the management of modern, sustainable built environments.

  • Demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering positive results in a busy, ever-changing setting with multiple, high-profile stakeholders.

  • Be IT proficient, with ideally hands-on experience using Yardi property management software or similar platforms.
