Accounts Administrator - Property Management

My client are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their busy team managing a substantial portfolio of properties around Dublin.

The role requires someone who is able to work independently in a busy office as part of a team; and with an ability to adapt and react to a fast-paced environment.

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the finance team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The following tasks are indicative of the role but the list is not exhaustive;

 

Responsibilities

  • We are operating with Qube/MRI, Adest and Yardi (property software system). Experience is an advantage but training will be provided.

  • Review vendor invoices received and liaise with Vendors to ensure details are accurate.

  • Processing vendor invoices into the company database.

  • Processing vendor queries.

  • Payment, Tracking and Recharging of tenant registrations with RTB to clients.

  • Data updates to our systems – e.g. archiving data, updating bank details.

  • Filling of bank statements for auditing.

  • Liaising with service providers and property managers.

  • Reconciliation of creditors.

  • Assisting Accounts in preparation of month end invoices to provide to our client’s tight deadlines.Assisting accountants and other staff in general accounting related tasks or queries as required.

  • Working with internal management information systems and relevant computer applications like Outlook, Word, Excel.

  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures

  • Ad hoc duties as required by the business

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience

  • Excel & Word proficiency

  • Enthusiastic & motivated

  • Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English.

  • Confidence in dealing with people both in person and over the phone

  • Willingness to work hard and ability work on own initiative and attention to detail are essential

  • An ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines

  • Confidentiality is vital
