If you a motivated and experienced Property Agent with a passion for delivering exceptional client service my client is seeking a qualified professional to join a firm in Rathgar D6, specialising in residential property lettings and management.
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
Conduct viewings, complete tenant vetting, and prepare lease agreements
Liaise with Property Managers regarding maintenance requests and coordinate with landlords and tenants
Ensure compliance with all relevant property and tenancy legislation
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service
What We’re Looking For
Valid PSRA licence
Proven experience in residential lettings and property management
Strong knowledge of the Dublin rental market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
Full driving licence and own car (However - there is a company pool car available if required for viewings)
