My client, a high-profile international company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced PRS Block Manager to oversee the operation of several premium residential developments. What You'll Be Doing
As the Block Manager, you'll be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operation of multiple residential developments. Working closely with General Managers, service providers, and internal teams, you'll ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial control across the portfolio.
You'll lead on:
Managing OpEx budgets across several high-end sites – strong financial insight is essential.
Tendering and procurement for maintenance, improvement works, and service providers.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, H&S, security protocols, and M&E systems.
Overseeing contractor performance, SLAs, RAMs, permits, inspections, and documentation.
Developing sustainable site strategies and identifying cost-saving initiatives.
Delivering clear, insightful reporting (monthly, weekly, and ad hoc) for senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in block management or facilities management.
Proven success managing multi-site operations, ideally in high-end or PRS developments.
Exceptional financial acumen, with experience controlling and reporting on site budgets.
Strong working knowledge of building regulations, H&S compliance, and M&E systems.
Adept at contractor management, performance reviews, and process improvement.
Tech-savvy with solid admin, reporting, and file management skills.
A self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative approach.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with mechanical systems such as pumps, heating systems, CCTV, and solar panels.
A relevant qualification in Facilities Management or related discipline.
A track record of implementing sustainable site practices.
Experience representing service providers in client-facing meetings.
