Property Management Co-ordinator Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE

The Role
Based in their state-of-the-art office in Ballsbridge, the Property and Block Management Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of the property and block management functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a forward-thinking team, providing high-quality support across a diverse residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all maintenance requests, contractor works, and resident communications, ensuring efficient follow-up and completion.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
Log, track, and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Obtain and review quotations, liaising with the property management team for approval.
Support Property Managers in resolving resident issues, complaints, and disputes.
Ensure properties comply with minimum rental standards and local authority inspection requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes.
Provide proactive administrative support to the wider property management team.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g. Yardi).
A positive team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in property management, block management, or an administrative coordination role (preferred).
Understanding of property compliance and relevant legislation (e.g. Landlord & Tenant Act, RTB).
PRSA qualification or working towards same (desirable but not essential).
Working Conditions
Based onsite Dublin 4 with occasional site visits as required.
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with flexibility during peak periods or emergencies.
