New Homes Development Manager / Associate Director

My client is a highly respected, market-leading property brand that I have partnered with for many years.

Renowned for its exceptional culture, the business genuinely invests in its people, champions long-term relationships, and is driven by excellence in everything it delivers.

They are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute property professional to join their New Homes division as a Development Manager / Associate Director.

This is a senior, high-profile, client-facing role offering the opportunity to lead major sales initiatives, secure new instructions, and deliver an outstanding service to developers, investors, and purchasers alike.

The successful candidate will play a key strategic role in driving the continued growth of the New Homes business, shaping its future direction, and further cementing my client’s reputation as a market leader in the sector.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers and clients

  • Contribute to strategic growth plans for the New Homes department

  • Drive sales performance across multiple developments

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of schemes, from pre-launch planning through to final unit sales

  • Oversee pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and launch events

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends and buyer behaviour

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions

  • Travel to development sites and attend off-site client meetings as required

  • Support and mentor junior team members

  • Work closely with colleagues across different departments to maximise opportunities

  • Monitor and analyse market activity, providing regular updates and reports

  • Represent my client at industry events and networking forums

Role Requirements:

  • PSRA Licence B

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in New Homes

  • Proven track record in New Homes sales and consultancy, ideally within a leading agency or developer

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectively

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience mentoring or managing junior team members

  • A professional property qualification (IPAV, SCSI, RICS or equivalent) is desirable
