The client is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join a dynamic and progressive marketing team.
In the role of Marketing Executive (Property), the successful candidate will lead day-to-day marketing delivery across internal and client accounts, with a strong focus on digital marketing performance, multi-channel campaign management, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, directors, clients, and external partners, including design agencies, web developers, online media platforms, and print suppliers. The position also requires the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Client Marketing Director and Corporate Marketing Director to align campaign priorities, budgets, reporting, and channel strategy, ensuring consistent delivery across all developments and client accounts.
Take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery for residential sales and rental developments across both digital and traditional channels (including planning, timelines, briefs, approvals, launch, and post-campaign review).
Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoices; track spend, reconcile supplier costs, and ensure campaigns remain aligned with forecasts and ROI targets.
Partner with Sales, Lettings, and Commercial teams to define objectives, target audiences, and messaging, delivering integrated campaign plans and assets.
Coordinate the creation of campaign assets and collateral, including online listings, brochures, signage, and marketing materials; ensure brand consistency and quality control, including production of print-ready files/specifications for A1 graphics where required.
Lead weekly and monthly reporting across web, property portals, and social channels (organic and paid), providing insights, recommendations, and clear next steps; use analytics to optimise content and media performance.
Manage and optimise property portal presence by creating and updating listings, enhancing content, and tracking performance across platforms such as MyHome.ie and Daft.ie.
Oversee digital channels and platforms, including website/CMS updates, landing pages, basic SEO, email/CRM support, and social publishing calendars.
Manage external partners (design, digital, web, print, PR, photography, video, events, and media), ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met from briefing through to delivery.
Build strong relationships with Directors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely approvals, and high service standards.
Support new business proposals and industry award submissions by coordinating case studies, results, visuals, and supporting materials.
Undertake additional duties within the scope of the role as reasonably required.
Skills and Experience
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably within the property sector.
Strong attention to detail and quality control across both digital and print outputs.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
Fluent in English, with strong written communication and proofreading abilities.
Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience managing and reporting on social media, with a strong understanding of content performance and audience targeting.
Solid digital marketing knowledge, including experience with measurement and optimisation tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience supporting paid digital campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or portal advertising), including audience targeting.
Property sector experience is advantageous, including managing listings, content, and lead follow-up workflows on platforms such as MyHome.ie and Daft.ie.
Experience using property software packages/CRMs (e.g., REAPIT or similar systems), with the ability to maintain accurate records and support lead progression from enquiry to viewing.
Comfortable working with websites and landing pages, including on-page SEO fundamentals, content updates, and conversion rate optimisation best practices.
Experience with email/CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), including segmentation, campaign setup, compliance basics, and performance reporting (open rates, click-through rates, and enquiries).
